New MRT Subway & Wat Po Tour (day-tour)

Tour Highlights:

Your memorable day-tour starts with a convenient train ride on the new MRT subway line to Sanam Chai Station, elegantly decorated to celebrate and honour the traditions and heritage of Bangkok’s Rattanakosin-era state room, a reflection of its nearby royal heritage. After a short photo session, take subway exit for Museum Siam; a discovery museum that teaches the national identity and history of the people of Thailand, and their relationships with neighboring cultures.  Then take a short-walk to explore Wat Po temple, temple of the Reclining Buddha and home of Thai Traditional Massage. Thereafter, take MRT train ride to Wat Mangkorn Station and visit Chinatown. This new MRT subway station takes its name from Wat Mangkon Kamalawat, the city’s largest Chinese Buddhist temple, and features a striking décor of red and gold and a dragon-inspired staircase. After enjoying a simple lunch dish of Chinatown’s famous street food, and shopping of local delicacies, your healthy & stress-free tour ends with MRT/BTS train ride back to the hotel on time (no traffic jam).
